I work on a fleet of raymond machines at my job. I also have a tech from raymond that comes in to do pm's on the lifts. He is saying that this caster wheel needs to be replaced. Would you replace it if it was on your machine. To me it doesn't look that bad. A few small pieces missing on the outside edge but overall the surface looks decent. Just curious what others think.

Edit: I did replaced the wheel. After removing it I was able to see the flat spots although I did not feel them when running my hand along the wheel. Thank you for everyone's input. Just trying to do the best I can and learn at the same time.

I have a raymond reach that displays code 42 -LPC detected closed when commanded open. This truck has had an issue burning out the lpc tips I recently replaced them and a day later the op told me code 42 popped up 5 times. I can't for the life of me find the connector JPL1 - the manual says it's the "connector on lift drive for sensors,TPC and VM" . Any idea where this connector is on the truck. A few pics for reference. I'm not the greatest at electrical, for the most part know how to use a multimeter. If I could just find this connector I can actually test the this it says to. Does anyone have any idea where it is? I was thinking its the connector on the power amplifier, but the wires are labled as JT1 . I was possibly thinking the reisistor could be going bad. This only happens after a few hours of usage, he replenishes the pallets order pullers pull off of, so it gets a work out most days. Thank you for your help.

So, I broke a tail light. It's just the red part of the assembly, a new assembly is 1,100.00 dollars. Anyone know where I could buy just the red part of the assembly? Or someone that fixes them. The light functions perfectly. Hate to spend a g on a light when mine technically works fine just won't pass inspection, also assuming i could get a ticket for it being broke. I tried a aftermarket set from ebay an they are junk. Or maybe a site with decent aftermarket options. Thank you.
