Is there a way to add Matter devices to Apple Home automatically?

With the old ZigBee devices, they were automatically added to Apple Home after you connect them to the IKEA Home Smart app. Is there a way to do this automatically for the new Matter devices instead of having to add them two times? It's something I miss a lot..

Also I noticed that when pairing a device, it says it will save the Matter code to the Apple Keychain, but I don't have any QR code/Matter code saved?

How can you re-order and/or hide menus?

I'm trying to figure out how can I hide and re-order menus.

The closest I got was making a specific item invisible by editing the XAML files of a custom theme, but that's even worse since the button and row are still there - just the text and icon are invisible.

My end goal here is to re-order and hide some items in the context menus and main menu.

What is the correct way of adding a Fortigate firewall into a UniFi network?

Let me preface this by saying that I'm a networking noob. We have a small office, and we want to overhaul the network, and switching our networking equipment from Cisco to Ubiquiti. Right now our requirements are pretty basic (VPN and APs), but we'll very likely also add a Ubiquiti NAS and potentially looking for video/door security in the future.

Our current setup is Fortigate 40F -> Switch -> Cisco APs.

After outlining the VPN requirement, the installer initially recommended to use a Cloud Gateway, but then rolled back and recommended to use Fortigate 40F -> Switch -> CloudKey+

The reasoning they outlined is avoiding a double NAT issue, and recommended using the VPN through Fortigate itself. From my understanding, the CloudKey+ will just act as giving us access to the online management for the APs.

Now my concern here, is that for very little money extra I can get a Cloud Gateway Fibre, which seems much more capable. It can be a gateway in case we move away from the Fortigate at some point, has 10gbps ports for future proofing, built-in switch etc.

If we go with the Cloud Gateway Fibre, there are two ways which it can be configured, and I'm seeing conflicting information on which is actually the correct one:

Cloud Gateway Fibre -> Fortigate 40F (transparency mode) -> Switch

or

Fortigate 40F -> Cloud Gateway Fibre (bridge mode) -> Switch

Which one of the two is actually the correct way to configure it, so I can get the full protection capabilities of the Fortigate? If I'm understanding correctly, Cloud Gateway being the first is actually the way to go, as it will allow the full capabilities of both UniFi and the Fortigate, and I can configure and use everything from UniFi - but I wanted to check if this is correct.

The Fortigate comes in, because they told us that the protection capabilities of the Fortigate are much more advanced, compared to just using a Cloud Gateway Fibre - I have no knowledge there so I'm just trusting them on this.

Another issue I see with their suggestions, is that the Fortigate 40F will actually be limiting our speeds to 600mbps, or 300mbps for SSL (which is most of the traffic) but that's another issue to take up with them. They also suggested using a Pro-8-PoE for the switch with 6 Pro 7 AP's, but looking up the specs they will actually go over the power budget of the Pro-8-PoE (even without the CloudKey+).

So considering the loads of question marks I have from their suggestions, I just wanted to do a sanity check and see if I'm headed in the correct direction and what would be your recommendations?

Thank you very much in advance!
