accidentally clicked on a stream with 2 viewers and the streamer started thanking me.

accidentally joined a YouTuber's stream while scrolling through shorts js to see what game he was playing and the moment I joined, he started thanking me, felt too guilty to leave, so now my phone is just sitting there with his stream playing🥀

Past regret is killing my motivation. How do I push through?

I know exactly what I need to do and I know how lazy I've been. Yet I'm still doing nothing. How do I endure the pain of discipline when I don't feel like doing what I know I need to do? The regret of wasting so much time in the past is my biggest obstacle.

Also when i start something like preparing for exams or anything its a do or die situation cuz if i don't study now I'll be failed

Is Campus Transfer Possible After Retaking the Admission Test?

Is campus transfer after retaking the NU test actually possible? I've read many times that a student can complete their first year at one campus, retake the NU test, gain admission to the Islamabad campus, and then apply for a transfer of their credit hours so they can join the second year directly.
is it guaranteed that I'll be able to transfer the credits if i keep the same field (BSCS) and what about GPA?
