Looking for technical cofounder (equity-only) for AI SaaS in vacation ownership / timeshare industry

I’m looking for a technical cofounder or strong full-stack builder to help build an MVP for a niche AI SaaS product in the vacation ownership / timeshare industry.

Timeshare and vacation ownership companies lose significant revenue after the sale due to:
buyer’s remorse during the cancellation window
inconsistent or missed follow-up from sales reps
lack of structured post-sale communication
no system that tracks client emotions, objections, or expectations after purchase
This leads to unnecessary cancellations and lost long-term revenue.
💡 The solution (MVP concept):
We’re building a lightweight AI-powered retention and follow-up system that helps sales reps:
Capture client notes after a sale (objections, motivations, expectations)
Generate personalized follow-up messages (SMS + email)
Automate post-sale follow-up sequences (Day 0, 1, 3, 7)
Flag at-risk clients based on engagement + sentiment
Help ensure no client falls through the cracks during the critical post-sale period

🧠 MVP scope (kept intentionally lean):
We are NOT building a full CRM replacement initially.
MVP includes:
simple client intake form
AI-generated client profile summary
AI message generator (SMS/email drafts)
basic follow-up timeline
simple dashboard for tracking clients
Stack likely:
React / Next.js frontend
Node or Python backend
OpenAI API for AI layer
Twilio / SendGrid for messaging
💰 Compensation:
Right now this is an equity-only opportunity at the MVP stage.
I don’t have funding to pay upfront development costs, but I’m offering:
meaningful founder equity
early-stage cofounder role (not contractor work)

Equity structure would be discussed fairly based on contribution and commitment.
