I’m currently putting the finishing touches (about 90% done) on an AI-powered SaaS for Tunisian Bac students, and I want to get your thoughts on the business viability and how to actually market it.

The Reality of "Etude" in Tunisia:

Let's be real: 70-80% of students going to etude (private tutoring) are doing it mostly to get their hands on the teachers' curated "series" and past exams. Students do this because they don't know what concepts are constantly repeated, what question formats always show up, and how to spot the patterns.

What I Built:

I’ve developed an AI tool that does this pattern recognition automatically. It embeds the Tunisian Bac exams into a Knowledge Graph.

• Instead of blindly solving 50 random math problems, the system tells you exactly what concepts are tested together most frequently.
• It exposes the "hidden" syllabus that teachers use to create their revision series.

Where I need your help:

The technical side is mostly locked in. What I really need feedback on is the business and marketing side:

1. Market Validation: Do you think students (or their parents) will actually pay for a tool that gives them this "cheat code" to the Bac, or is the culture of traditional etude too ingrained to disrupt?
2. Go-To-Market Strategy: How would you market this? My initial thoughts are TikTok for the students, but maybe Facebook groups are better to target the parents who hold the wallets?
3. Monetization: Any tips on pricing this for the Tunisian market? Subscription vs. one-time lifetime pass for the Bac year? (I'm planning to integrate local payment gateways).

Would love to hear your raw feedback on whether this will fly or flop, and any marketing hacks you've used for local SaaS!
