Normal? Is this just fat separation? Sunflower Lecithin

What the title says. I am taking 2 sunflower lecithin supplements a day already, wondering if I need to up to 3 or if this is perfectly fine. This happens after milk reaches fridge temperature, usually looks better after warming but needs some swirling to fully mix back in. TIA!

Just looking for info?

Hi all, long time lurker first time poster :) I am just under a week postpartum, and I really have done nothing to affect or change my supply. I use a pink spectra and wearable baby buddhas when needed. I have been pumping every 3-4 hours for 30 minutes. The first day my milk came in I had somewhere around 30-60 ml total (1-2 ounces) within a day or two it became 90-120 ml (3-4 ounces) and my last session just now it was about 6 ounces total and there is still a small bit of hardness in my breast, and my LO is only eating 2.5 right now, so definitely creating a lot more than needed.

I am scared to pump more than the 30 minutes and create more of an oversupply, but unsure if its necessary to avoid things like clogs and mastitis? I will be scheduling a consultation with an LC hopefully in a week or so, but just looking for any experience/advice. I am having to partially hand express during my pumping sessions to get some of the harder/bigger lumps to release, but I'm trying to be gentle as I was given advice to not massage unless explicitly told to do so by a doctor

TIA

Don't be scared to go in!

Just got discharged from L&D triage, went in for decreased fetal movement + pattern change after hemming and hawing and doubting myself all day. Got in the car, bub started moving a little more but not enough that I was comfortable so in we went. Got hooked up on tbe monitor and within a few minutes he was going nuts 🫠

I was slightly embarrassed but the nurses and on call OB all assured me that they LOVE when that happens, that they did not mind at all, and even joked about it being a "therapeutic triage." We even got to see little guy again for a few minutes on the bedside ultrasound.

Monitoring itself was about thirty minutes and painless, whole trip took about an hour/hour and a half. 100% worth it for the reassurance, and they made sure to tell me before we left that they are there 24/7 and come in any time for anything, they'd rather me come in for nothing a hundred times versus not come in the one time it is something. So please, do not be afraid to just go in!!

I think I saw 3 different posts about decreased movement and worries about going in in this sub today, so I just wanted to post this here to maybe try and reassure some about it 🫶

copied my post from my due date sub, if some of you recognize the post thats why, and hello fellow august bumper 🫶
