Hi so I am new to ulta i’ve been working at my store since the beginning of june and I was planning to only keep this job still school started back up (i am in college) but then things went sideways and so now i am staying till the next school year. When i first started i had open availability but over 3 weeks ago i submitted an availability change request form saying that i would only be available 7am-10pm on weekdays and 7am-12am on weekends and i thought that all was fine but they have scheduled me for 2 8am-12am shifts in the next few weeks and i was wondering if there was anything i could do about it other than getting my shifts covered ? Nobody wants to take them i’ve already tried and it’s just not sustainable for me since i will still be in school. am i just fucked lol

for context i am 20F and my coworker is early 20s also female. i’ve only been at this job for a few months as of posting and ever since i started this coworker has been staring at me. like even if i am on the other side of the store if i am even slightly in her line of sight i feel her eyes on me. when i do catch her staring she doesn’t stop or like look away and idk. i really try to avoid interacting w her bc she makes me uncomfortable because of the staring and during our first conversation she was really invested in if i was in a relationship or not and if my partner and i lived together? i have not talked to her about it bc i am anxious about causing conflict especially since i am so new to this job. i am nd so that’s definitely playing a role in this but i am worried im just being insane and that its a nothing burger. pls help
