where can I request ads to get blocked that aren't already?

On rare occasions when using uBlock Origin (with pretty much all the filters enabled), I come across a website that still serves me an ad. I was wondering if there is an official form to fill out or a place to request that it be looked into to block it. Or maybe I'm better off trying to contact the creators of the filters themselves somehow? (I wouldn't know how to do that)

An example of what I mean: Downloadsource.net on every article that I've clicked on has the same Amazon ad in the sidebar for the same product (a 2TB external hard drive).

what is detectportal.brave-http-only.com?

i assume it's the same or similar to Firefox's detectportal.firefox.com captive portal detection for public wifi but what is the brave-http-only.com part? does that just mean that it only uses http connections to get it? is there any difference between Brave's and Firefox's?
