Question on portion size a 16 month will/should have [ON]
Our 16 month baby (girl roughly 9-9.3kgs, 75cms) is a very light eater of solids. She will eat maybe half a portion of a small pancake or 2-4 small bites of chicken thighs or couple of pasta rolls in one seating. Occasionally she will eat a handful of berries or a spoonful of yogurt. I am very worried about the portion sizes since I feel it may impact her immunity (Vit C), brain development (Iron), and general health (other minerals/vitamins). She has a good portion of 3.25% cows milk during the day and before sleep i.e. 4 cups (4 * 240ml bottles). We always give her milk after the meal and not before. How or what resources do I have online or in Ottawa, Ontario to improve the feeding.
