Birdfy Bath Pro Issues
Not sure if its just my luck but I've had a terrible experience with the bird bath pro. I originally had bought the one without the stand, got it replaced multiple times by support due to the same reoccurring issue to the point that support just decided to refund me because replacing wasnt fixing the issue. I decided to buy the version with the stand only just to see if it made a difference. No change, same disconnection issue. Now my last replacement unit has water condensation inside the camera lens. I kept telling birdfy tier 2 support that the disconnection issue happens with these cameras that do not have external wifi antenna. This issue does not happen on the birdfy cameras I own that has an antenna. That fell on deaf ears, support just continued to replace my units with the same issue happening on every replacement camera. Its by the far the only birdfy product that I own that I can not rate above 1 star. 5 stars for the support team but this hardware just isn't ready for primetime. Not sure if anyone else has had the same experience but I guess I will have to wait until they release a new model that has an external antenna.
