Oracle Health EHR Labs — Looking to Connect

Is anyone here working in Oracle Health EHR Labs, or knows someone who does?
I’m considering joining the team and would like to connect with someone currently working there to understand the team better.
Please comment or DM me if you can help. Thanks!

Joining Oracle Health IC3 (Bengaluru) — How’s WLB, on-call & layoff risk in the new EHR teams?

Hi everyone,
I have an offer to join Oracle Health, Bengaluru as an IC3 / Senior Application Software Engineer, likely working on the newer EHR platform (Lab area).
I spoke with my prospective manager and understood that:
The new EHR is still actively being built and has a long roadmap.
Work is currently described as “aggressive”, but not necessarily 12-hour days — it is deliverable-based.
The team collaborates globally, so some evening meetings are expected.
There is an on-call rotation — roughly 1 week/month with 4 engineers or 1 week/2 months with 8 engineers.
On-call may become more client-facing as the product rolls out further.
Before I make the move, I’d really appreciate honest input from current/recent Oracle Health / Cerner engineers, especially Bengaluru:
WLB: Is 8–9 hours realistic on normal days, or are 10–12+ hour days common in the new EHR teams?
On-call: How intense is it in practice? Are night/weekend pages common?
US collaboration: How often do India engineers have late-evening meetings — occasional or almost daily?
Layoffs: Have the newer EHR teams also been hit significantly by recent RIFs, or are they relatively strategic/stable?
Performance vs restructuring: Can good performers/new hires still get impacted because of team/project cuts, or are RIFs mostly performance-driven?
Would you join today? If you already had a stable job but Oracle Health offered better compensation and stronger technical work, would you make the switch right now?
I’m not looking for guarantees — just trying to understand the realistic trade-off between career growth, stability and work-life balance.
Would really appreciate candid experiences. Thanks!
