Surviving my first week in decon.... Loads of info coming at me and that's expected. But OMG my lower back from working at the triple sink sucks. It's height adjusted well, I'm wearing comfortable Brooks shoes, standing on a pad, etc ... and actually, I've got forearm muscles "I didn't know I had" and a nasty ache in my right shoulder blade too lol but I digress. How do you stay aware of the way you're standing and how do you approach the more physical aspects of SP?

I'm loaded with voltaren cream and lidocaine patches but I think a regular massage appointment might not be a bad idea 🤭

My birb gets me! Last winter was brutal and I'm so happy it's summer but Fall and Halloween are my favorite things eveeerrrrr! 🥰 This made my day today!

Feeling a bit like a Roman fire deity today ❤️‍🔥

Koda (2 1/2) has zero concept of personal space and we all *suffer* his selective hearing but, he's just the best boy! He hasn't got onto a scale in awhile for me but he's sitting about 100lbs and stands 26in tall at his shoulder. 🥰 We've had him since he left his mom at an early 6 weeks but I was lucky enough to have been there when the litter was being surrendered to a local shelter. I love this guy so much and really enjoy seeing all of the posts and pics of the other malamutes in this group 💜

This isn't the first time I've been on the app today but this time opening it, and things have changed. I've verified I'm updated so it doesn't seen that's the issue. It looks like items are missing from inventory, ones I'm actively using and ones just in inventory. Outfits and furniture are affected. Anyone else experience this?
