Calling about refilling prescriptions, and it tells you when its ready; asking if its okay, and if not, gives you a new date it will be ready by.
It is never ready by the date they say.
Which begs the question, why have it be dishonest in the first place? This isn't once or twice, but every time I've had to pick up a prescription there for the YEARS I've been going to them.
(Asking why I don't switch, I had to switch over to them because of mobility issues)
