so i have lost ard 13-14 kgs(90 to 77) in last 2-3 months i mainly did calorie deficit someweeks i walked 10 k every day and i did this mainly to look better but like i have lost some belly area but still some in lower belly and again lost some love handles but still am not satisfied ( i can only do home workouts without equipments and cant take on a diet ) so if anyone can help pls do for love handles,lower belly and face fat
