Looking for some assistance.

My wife’s parents recently purchased a mobile home. They own property and my father in law found a mobile home relocation company on Facebook.

The amazing rate the relocation company quoted ended up being too amazing to be true and they’re now out more than $5k.

We uncovered the scam when the scammer sent a document that was designed to look like it was from their county government but had all sorts of red flags. We’re did confirm that the document was a fake with the actual county government office.

We’re now encouraging my in laws to contact the authorities.

Our current plan:
-contact local authorities
-dispute payment through Cash App
-dispute payment through bank
-report to appropriate government agencies
-not give any banking info or any other info for “refunds”

Is there anything else we should be doing? Any recommendations?

Hello! I've enjoyed reading others posts and seeing others storage setups for some time.

I'm hoping someone may be able to share their experience with flat-file (blueprint/map) cabinets as storage. have the opportunity to purchase some flat-file cabinets. My collection is large (300k pieces) and I'm looking to move from giant black plastic bins to something more accessible.

Has anyone used blueprint cabinets before? Did you enjoy it? Pros and cons?
