I just finished reading The Legend of Huma for the first time since it was released in 1988. Fun part is it had been so long since I read it, it felt like a brand new book to me, which was awesome.

While getting completely reinvested in the lore, I discovered Devil’s Due Publishing released a six-issue Legend of Huma comic miniseries in 2004–05, with Richard A. Knaak himself revisiting the story in full-color comic form.

So, naturally, I’m now hunting down a copy of the TPB on eBay lol.

I’m not entirely sure what the point of this post is other than sharing this discovery with anyone else who somehow missed it.

Also I'm curios for those who have read the comic: Did it live up to the version of Huma’s story you had pictured in your head from reading the novel?

You can also rearrange or collapse sections and switch between light and dark themes, because apparently once I started building this thing I had no intention of stopping at “just show me the standings.”
