Using induction coil on stuck gas strainer

I have been fighting this strainer hose for a while now and running out of ideas. The car is 95 C180 and the strainer filter and gas hose are original. The hose melted, started to leak and I first tried to expand it with a metal pipe well that did not work. Sourced a new hose and a strainer, cut the old one off to get a socket on but it still does not budge, same with the aluminium strainer that is connected to the plastic fuel tank. I have soaked it plenty with different release liquids. Obviously I do not want to use fire near the tank as it is a saddle type and there is fuel still inside. Thinking of using induction over the hose nut to get it heated enough but will it spark so possibly dangerous?
