If my opponent attacks me and I use Necro Garda effect and then in chain link 2 use "burial from another dimension" does Necro Garda effect activates and then comes back to the graveyard ?

And if I tribute summon Caius and my opponent activates torrential or bth does the targeted card gets still banished and if it is a dark monster he still take 1000 ?

Soon I will be playing in a regional in my city,we will be around 60/70 people.

In last format Blackwing dominated and was 25% of all decks and 4/8 in top and won against X sabers.

Knowing that most people will bring BW,what could be the best deck to bring?

I was thinking about VT,with the Icarus build,not the DDV,and a sniper hunter in side instead of the third GREPHER,

What build would be best for Vayu turbo against BW?
