So what do you all drink when you need a pick-me-up?

I've been caffeine free for a few months now. Still going strong. But I'm sitting here at work and wanting a little pick-me-up. I really want a nice cup of coffee. So what do I drink now?

I can't sleep in on the weekends

I have no problems falling asleep. During the week I sometimes wake up at the alarm, sometimes before it. No problem, most people just catch up on sleep on the weekends. Not me. I'm still waking up at alarm time, or even before it. And while my wife will be next to me getting a solid 8 hours of sleep on a Saturday morning, I'm lying there for two and a half hours trying to fall back asleep, but with no success.

So now I'm getting maybe 5 hours of sleep every night, for weeks at a time, and I can't seem to catch up. I feel constantly tired, and I'm struggling with anxiety symptoms.

Other info: I have sleep apnea, but use cpap every single night. I've tried melatonin before bed, but that doesn't seem to help me sleep longer. I am sometimes able to take a nap during the day, other times I try to take a nap but can't sleep.

And I wonder why I'm so tired all the time. I feel awful.

Do the sparkling refreshers have caffeine?

I'm really trying to avoid caffeine as much as possible. I thought these sparkling refreshers just uses sparkling water. Do they actually have caffeine in them?

I'm in the Giant Valley in the Trollshaws and there are Forgotten Text nodes everywhere, but they're all empty. Am I missing something?
