Absolute best #1 Physical Therapist in SF?
I know version of this question have been asked before, but I am looking for something very specific:
Who is the #1 best PT in SF? Assume cost doesn't matter, and I don't care about insurance.
Things I'm looking for help with: wrist & elbow issues from racket sports, knee pain from running & sports, weak glutes & abs from desk job. And other general injury prevention where a once a week "tune up" would help me.

Why did LAX<>SFO switch from Embraers to 737s?
It used to be that all the SFO <> LAX flights were on the comfortable E175s, why are (almost) all of these flights now on the 737s?
What changed and why?
