Meadows Plumbing and Gas

First off its Meadow Ridge Plumbing and Gas. I can't figure out how to edit title. Just want to warn people the type of people they have working for them. Two, grown ass men started screaming at me today as I was trying to turn into my apartment this afternoon. I am a small female who was following the law with not riding on the sidewalk. Cyclist. They purposely blocked my driveway and then proceeded to both scream at me, call me names etc. If they treat regular strangers like this, how do they treat their customers? Just wanted to put the word out. I won't be recommending them to anyone.

Dental question

Hi! First time poster. Hoping someone can give me some advice. About a month ago I had a regular cleaning and found out I had some cavities that needed filling. Okay, fine. I get a phone call to set up another appointment and the receptionist asked if I wanted to do it all at once or a few seperate sessions. I said I'd like to split up the work to save some insurance . I also have extreme anxiety and get nitrous every visit. So I'm under the impression that the appt would be split up.

A week later show up to the appointment and they end up doing all the work! Against my previous request. I'm under nitrous at this point and don't realize what is happening until I get to the reception again and get hit with a 900$ charge. I wasn't even offered a payment plan and the receptionist looked almost scared giving me the bill. I'm still woozy from nitrous as it ended up being a 2.5 hr appointment and just charged the whole visit. I got home and realized what had happened.

I feel somewhat taken advantage of. Especially under nitrous with desicion being made without my consent.

A week later I then get an abscess tooth and find out they apparently told me that the tooth had a 50-50 chance it would be ok. They give me antibiotics and say I need a specialist to do a root canal or extract the tooth. I don't have any insurance left to help pay for this because they used it all without my consent. I tell them that as well. They then say they will cover the extraction and talk to my dentist as to why they used up all my insurance when I had previously said to have the appointment split up. They said they will call me with the reason this weekend and have not reached out.

Is there any legal action I can take, would it even be worth it? Thx for reading, I'm really at a loss.

Edited for readability.
