If you were going to karaoke a Sleep Token song, which one would be the best? All of my faves probably wouldn’t match a fun bar vibe (I don’t want an entire room of drunk folks sobbing to Blood Sport or Atlantic, haha) but some of the others must be good ones for that setting. Maybe Damocles? Or Granite? What does everyone think? What would you pick as a karaoke song?
For example, when a crappy customer says “If you don’t honor my expired coupon, I’m never shopping here again!” and it makes you want to honor the coupon even less because you actually would be thrilled if they stopped shopping there. It’s not an empty threat because there IS a consequence, it’s just not a consequence that motivates anyone to do the thing.
You know when you’re watching an ad for a mobile game and the “player” keeps making objectively dumb or wrong moves, which I assume is a way to try and make viewers want to download the game to prove they can do better? There’s got to be a marketing term for that but I can’t find it.
Example: I was just watching an ad for a word sorting game and the “player” kept trying to put the word “tree” in a category for “blue things” and it was infuriating and I think that’s the point of the ad?
