So I’ve had this spot on my ear since early June. Would scab over the reopen, rinse repeat. Had it biopsied and it’s BCC. Wondering how the MOHs surgery will go since there’s not a lot of skin there. Will they have to take from somewhere else to patch up?

Like the title says I’ve had this scab on my ear for close to a month. Not really sure how I got it. It just seems to be taking extremely long to heal. I don’t notice anything overly suspicious like random bleeding. It is Sometimes it’s itchy though. Is there anything in the picture that would seem concerning? I do have a dermatologist appointment for a routine skin check but it’s six months out.
I feel like my chest is stuck and is lagging behind my arms and shoulders. I do barbell bench flat, dumbbell press incline, chest press flat/incline and decline pushups. I pushed weight as much as can considering I work out alone in my basement. Any recommendations for some other variation to mix it up? I generally shoot for 3 sets of each and 12-15 reps.
I have an 8 kW system that was installed in November 2023 so not quite three years old and it seems to max out about 75% or 6 kW. I will occasionally get more than that but it doesn’t seem like any sustained generation. I’m located in central mass. Maybe this is just what it is in this area. I’m wondering if there’s an issue with my system. For example, today, it’s been quite sunny out without a lot of cloud coverage and I haven’t peaked above 6 kW. Then you can see on June 27. There were spikes up to 7 1/2 close to 8 kW but they were very brief.
My grandma passed away when i was 26 years ago when I was 11. Miss her very much, she was a great lady. Is anyone able to connect with her? Would love to know if she has anything to say.

Can they see the life I built. Going back and forth on relatively big decision. Do they have any input. Any insight would be very much appreciated.
I have four green giants along the property line and they are brown at the bottom all the way around. They’ve done well since I planted them a few years ago. First spring they’ve looked like this. Are they sick? I can see growth on the top and branches and they are bright green when I do the scratch test. We had pretty rough winter this year in Massachusetts, maybe just some stress from that?
