How to bounce back right for finals with severe adhd
I need to raise my geometry grade from a D---> C with my final otherwise I will have to retake it for credit. (Don't yell at me in the comments, Ik im cooked) I have severe adhd and at the time was switching and trying a bunch of medications which left me in a loop of trying medication and getting weird side effects than being in withdrawal. I also dealt with depression and anxiety from processing traumatic events (There isn't an exact diagnosis, but my therapist suspects I have ptsd but has yet to test me) as well as constant medication mood swings. which made focusing really hard. I'm on a working medication now (Thank god for concerta patches) I'm doing all my work now, but I suck at taking tests. I always have the phenomenon where I miss small details (like accidentally switching a plus and minus sign) and need to check the answer key but I can't do that during the test, so I end up with small errors that have me lose points for entire questions. No more excuses, I need advice. Help me lock in for real this time.
