Accidentally bought MSc gloss instead of flat or matte because it's sold out like everywhere, is this going to be impossible to use on anything other than eyes and lips? :(

What is this bottle opener from? Whose signature is on it?

I found it at value village in canada. I tried Google image searching but never found a match. It says "franbrewski distributing" on the back. Cant figure out what the signature says. Nothing I've tried googling has come up with a match. Maybe you'll be better at it.
