Good Chiropractor?

I have a compressed nerve in my neck from a dumb gardening incident (chopping out a resistant shrub), I've been to physios but the exercises re-irritate the nerve. I've had enough appointments now that I know this approach isn't going to work for me. I actually had more success finding exercises on YouTube!

I've had successful chiro in the past (that practitioner has now retired) and am looking for a recommendation please

Fell for Taurus

Sag m have fallen for Taurus f, things were going great and then they put the brakes on hard. We're really compatible, great conversation and chemistry, a slow burn of a deep romance. She says she has zero time and just can't put the time in because of family commitments (that are totally real). What to do? I believe her when she says she wants this, but I can't see the family commitments changing anytime soon. The ball is currently in her court for contact, and you guys take your time lol

Living room advice

Small house with a small living room that I want to make bigger

I'm considering pulling out the corridor wall and building in shelving for plants on either side of the room to provide some screening to the entrances to bedrooms and wet areas

The x's mark downlights for colour change mood lighting, but I'm wondering if I should have more downlights spread out along the whole length of the corridor? Like maybe 5?

I'm also considering pulling down the chimney and using that wall for a tv instead. I did have a shelf on either side of the chimney and had a tv in one shelf, but I could only fit a 34"

I'd love to have both a tv and a fireplace but I think the room is just too small, and with the walk through zones, front door, and window, options are limited

What are your thoughts or suggestions?

Dealing with grief and heartbreak

I've been meditating for over 20 years and am able to sit with a lot of emotions, hold them, and get through everyday life being myself. I've also become really good at processing emotions when I'm not meditating

But grief and heartbreak always hit me hard. Currently experiencing both at the same time, a love relationship ending and a good friends passing, and I'm really struggling with it. I'm not myself, I'm a full time griever.

When I meditate I quickly get to a place where all 3 things coexist in a place of acceptance, my dead friend, my ex love, and me meditating. But as soon as I stop I'm in immense heart pain. It's like the meditative state stops time and I just get to sit with those people and who they are. It's easy. Then when meditation stops and time starts again my heart is telling me I'll never see those people again, and it hits me like a tonne of bricks

Also during the day my heart feels the 2 griefs as one big grief, I'd like to be able to separate them so I can process them differently

Any suggestions? Obviously it will take time for my heart to feel it and process it without my brain interfering, but I really need some suggestions to get through my working week at least, last week was awful

Editing to add: thank you all for your kind words and suggestions 🙏🙏🙏
