I don't know what to do anymore.

My dog is a little over two and a half years old, just after she turned one we started to see signs of allergies (lots of scratching, licking, reddened skin and hair loss). Turns out she has severe environmental allergies (especially to dust mites)

I think we've tried everything that is available in our country: Omega 3 pills (nothing), Apoquel (helped but didn't work fully) Cytopoint (less effective than Apoquel) and now vaccines specially made for her.

Lets say these vaccines were our last hope. They began giving her a small dosage, then increasing it. As soon as they gave her the first 1ml dosage we noticed that immediately after she started scratching herself really hard, as well as licking her paws raw. The week that followed was one of the worst she's had in her life. We couldn't even leave her alone due to fear of her injuring herself again like she's done in the past. I spent every single day crying, desperate myself because I didn't know what to do to make her feel better.

We talked to the vet and they gave her some apoquel to reduce the symptoms. They also considered contacting the lab that makes the vaccines to talk about the possibility of her having an adverse reaction to the vaccine, but in the end decided to wait, since last time they had gifted us a food supplement that was supposed to help with skin health and they couldn't rule that was what was causing the reaction.

Well, she hasn't had the supplement in 3 weeks and yesterday they gave her another dosage and in just 24 hours we are noticing symptoms again. I cried again, at home, during her walk. Of course the vet told us to monitor her during the weekend and I believe Monday I'll have to make the call that says "guys, I think it is vaccine".

I genuinely don't know what to do to help her. On top of the medication we are giving her single-protein food, bathing her once a week with special shampoos, cleaning her paws everyday, cleaning the house and the sofas and her bed basically every two days. I'm desperate and sad, and I don't want her to have to live like this for the rest of her life.

I don't know if I'm looking for advice or just words of encouragement. I guess anything that comes my way is welcomed.

I finally made it to leaderboard

It's been almost 3 years since I joined, playing always as a f2p. And I finally made it! Which is funny because I didn't expect this entry to stand out lol.

Idk if it will happen again but I'm just happy.

Should I finally get this?

I'm a f2p and saving gems takes a lot of time and effort. I saved this item back when I saw it for the first time, but I'm still doubtful if I should get it or not.

I'm asking anyone that has these hands if they really are useful and worth spending my gems on.

Which one for Rose Rain?

I'm a little bit indecisive. I really like the red and black fit, but I have a feeling it's way too dark for the comp.

Has this happened to anyone else?

This morning I decided to buy 5 tickets for the new gacha from the Pale Mystery Pack I (the one that costs 600 gems each). After the purchase I went to make a 10 ticket pull with the ones that I purchased plus the ones that were gifted the first day of the event. But I realized that it appears as if I only have 5 tickets.

When I logged in I had a little over 2500 gems, and now it's down to 1900 and something gems, so I'm 100% sure I made the purchase. But on the gacha screen, where we make the pulls, and on the Pale Mystery Pack I screen (in special offers) it doesn't show up. I know it happened too because I got the daily task that requires you to spend 200 gems or more, and I haven't made any other purchases today. I'm sure it's some kind of bug, and I've already reported it so I'm crossing my fingers that I will get the tickets or I'll get my 600 gems back.

I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced this today, or maybe before.

Am I in the wrong for side hugging an older man I'm not that close with?

I (31F) have a dog and due to that, through the couple of years I've had her, I've ended up making a lot of acquaintances that are also dog owners. A couple in their early to mid fifties are part of that group.

Our dogs got along pretty well despite their age difference, mine was still a puppy when they met and theirs was already elderly.

A couple of months ago they took poor Rocky to the vet and they found a growth near his stomach. And while at first the treatment seemed to be working in the last couple of weeks his health started declining rapidly.

Last week I ran into the man, let's call him John, and he told me they had decided to put Rocky to sleep. While he was telling me all that happened I could see he was getting teary eyed and he himself said he was getting emotional just thinking about it. I must admit I was getting a little emotional too because first, I've known Rocky for a couple of years and he was a darn sweet dog, and two, I lost my late dog in a similar manner.

In the moment I decided to give John a quick side hug, while trying to comfort him to the best of my abilities. And it truly was quick, it couldn't have lasted more than a second. I didn't think much of the interaction, I only feel sorry for both John and this wife, Anne.

I was talking to a friend yesterday, and the topic of pets came into the conversation. She was telling me she did want to adopt an older dog but was unsure of it due the emotional tool it takes on you when they pass. I told her about my own experiences and also brought up Rocky's story since it's so recent. I told her how devastated the owner was, and also that I gave him a quick hug in the moment because I felt really bad for him.

My friend got weirdly quiet after that and the situation got a bit awkward. When I asked her what was wrong she told me it was inappropriate of me to hug him while I barely know him and he has a wife. I specified that it was a quick side hug, not a full on embrace with my arms. And while I can't call either John or Anne my friends, I am friendly with them, we had long conversations and even walked the dogs together from time to time.

She kept insisting that it was inappropriate and that I was out of line, even if my intentions weren't bad. She asked me if I would have done the same if the wife was present, and I guess my answer is no, but for the simple reason that hugging them at the same time would have been awkward.

But in all seriousness, I would have comforted both of them the same way regardless.

Was I really inappropriate with my actions? Thinking back to the interaction John didn't seem uncomfortable at all, but maybe I read the room wrong.
