I need to reduce my availability to only one overnight shift

I don’t really speak to my management team much, I usually get left alone to work through my freight and more recently the mods. I’ve had to get a second job and it pays me more and is more oriented to my career path and my degree but I’d like to stay at Walmart one night a week just to maintain some security. Walmart was my first job and I’ve been there over a decade. How can I ask them to please work with me and let me stay? Please be kind. Thank you.

Serpentine belt tensioner

Howdy, I’m getting it looked at professionally in a few days when I have time but until then does this seem right? I had to replace the tensioner and belt myself. It’s the first time I’ve worked on a vehicle and I’m just worried I did it wrong, two people had to stop and help me put the belt on because I couldn’t relieve enough tension myself to get it on. I know the power steering is probably what’s screaming for dear life. The belt flew off while I was driving and the idler pulley bolt had snapped, the was also a gouge in the (rubber part?) of the tensioner arm. Not sure what caused it to fail specifically the car fax says it was replaced about 40k miles ago. Basically does this look right? https://youtube.com/shorts/Ij3uvcVoMPA?is=jy9AzrwmQHd9ws-s

Forgot to mention it’s a 2007 fwd
