Anyone had minimal negative side effects?

My pills should arrive tomorrow so I can start on Thursday. I previously took Mounjaro and couldn't afford to continue and then gained 28lbs back on. I decided to try the wegovy pill as it is cheaper and I don't mind weight-loss being slower as hopefully it means it will stay off. The only side effects I had on mounjaro was some mild constipation which was actually good for my IBS-D. I think this was due to it slowing my digestive system down.

Has anyone had minimal side effects on the wegovy pill? I work in a school so I'm nervous is needing to run to the toilet regularly, although with my IBS i tend to need to escape quickly anyway. Thank goodness my new classroom is just down the corridor 😄

Life on Anglesey

Hi, we are a family of four considering moving to Anglesey from Stoke. We have some family on the island already and visit regularly.

I wanted to ask a few questions specific to our lives and wondered if anyone could advise...

Our daughters are 12 and 9, both autistic and one also has ADHD. They are a academically able and have special interests in nature, insects, the coast and the sea.

I work in a special school and my husband works in a university so he'd be perhaps looking at Bangor for work.

What are schools like for autistic children? My youngest needs more support to engage than my eldest. They are both so happy in nature and I feel the time outside would really help regulate them.

Are there many special schools on Anglesey? I am a teaching assistant.

We are also a mix of vegan and vegetarian and I know that vegan can be trickier on the island.

Worrying clot

I'm 40 years old and periods have been getting heavier and more painful over the last six months.

I'm overweight at 260lbs. I have an active job in a school so used to being in my feet all day.

Today I went on a 10km charity walk. Definitely did more than 10km overall today but it was hours of walking so more exercise than I usually do.

Hours after finishing the walk I just felt a huge clot and my pants flooded with blood. When I went to the toilet this was the clot. It happened again 15 minutes later but with a smaller amount of blood and clot. I've never had this before. Could it be because of the walk or should I be concerned?

Just a bit worried.

Thanks in advance.

Concert ages

My daughter is 9 and really wants to go to the show in Manchester in November. Would you say she's too young or do other kids go? Thanks in advance
