Spooky Venue Hire??

Looking to do a Traitors / Murder Mystery themed birthday party. Home isn’t an option as it’s too small & all the Airbnbs I’ve seen say no parties (understandable!)

Anyone know of any cool venues in AKL (preferably central + central suburbs) to host one at? Around 40 people.

Interview process length is getting silly

I get the argument, maybe I don’t want the job that bad if I’m not prepared to go through all the rigmarole

…But also C’MON GUYS. Is it really necessary to have to have 5 interviews and a 24 page pre-interview pack.

They want me to do:

  1. Hiring Manager Interview
  2. Capability Assessment
  3. Team Interview
  4. Culture Interview
  5. CEO Interview

Does this seem crazy or have I been out the interview game too long?

EDIT: I just had my phone interview - so much corporate jargon about finding out my ‘why’ and ‘syncing ideas’ and ‘focus on the mission’. Definitely not for me…..

Salary bracket $85K-92K NZD

Sicily noobs 101

We're going on holiday to Sicily in September this year. We're heading over from New Zealand so really wanting to make the most of the 10 days we have there! (We're also on our honeymoon...)

We're looking for amazing beaches, quiet towns... Our ideal days look like waking up, pastries, coffee, swimming in the sea, late lunches and late, long dinners.

Not too fussed as to the where - 'must see' towns and I know we won't cover it all - but the quality of the what.

We fly into Catania, have hired a car and I know my partner is really wanting to get to palermo.

Heeeelp!
