Super happy with my progress today, especially being able to hold myself with one hand as the pole went around me! I’ve never been able to do that before!

I’ve never used grippy clothes for pole before, and I bought these cause I wanted a way to cover my tattoos as much as possible and to still be able to use the stage pole. In almost 90 degree heat and sun I managed to use the pole for the 4 hours, and I couldn’t have done it without my grippy sleeves and pants! I’ll happily share what they are if people are curious, but I didn’t want folks to think I somehow benefit from talking about them.

Jasmine split to an Allegra, I was too cooked to do another take where I was higher up, but pleased with this 4th attempt! Letting that top hand go is scary in that transition 🫣

Had a little too much fun this morning 🤪 but also pretty stoked about the Dolphin to Dragonfly.

Last time I tried getting my Iguana I fell right on my head which didn’t feel great. But now 6ish months later or so, I finally fucking nailed that Fang and Iguana! Iguana on spin definitely makes your core and legs shake from trying to balance! Thanks for looking!
