Best mushroom supplements you've tried?

So I've been thinking about adding mushroom supplement into my routine, mainly for recovery, focus (when I'm too tired I'd get brain fog and it'd be hard to push myself being active), and performance.

For those who have tried, which mushroom ingredient has most benefit? does it affect your performance right away?

How do you use CBD oil for sleep and anxiety?

just bought cbd oil to help with my insomnia and anxiety that had been getting worse lately due to some issues. i've tried other supplements to help me sleep but they didn't do much. do you take it every night or only when you're having a hard time sleeping? how long before bed do you usually take it and how much do you start with?
