I just found the biggest score of my life. I found a zaku f2000 and a southern cross zaku at a yard sale here in socal for 20 bucks each. I feel bad for robbing them, Zaku f2000 gos for 120+ on ebay. Family was probably cleaning out some teens room out for college.
Finally clear coated my high mobility zaku egba. This zaku was super fun to paint. I love how is has many colors in its design/ desert camo. I use acrylic marker to finish this model. I would never have the patience to apply this curve waterside decals.
I just with the southern cross zakus were cheaper to get. All that i see are 50+ price range. Ive tryed with the bootleg zaku before but the legs dont go together well and are very stiff and i dont what to break them.

Just got the new t45 from mcfarlane and it's ass.
The joints look horrible and has no articulation. They didn't even attempt to had the joints like the t60. I thought the t60 was limited but the t45 is worse. The t45 has 0 torso articulation compared to the t60. It just had a huge rubber diaper for it's lower body.
But the worse part is that its shrek green with no weathering like the t60.
The info card and the box both show t51 power armor aswell. What a joke.
My plan was to customize this figure but dam it's ass. I'll just stick with the t60 i guess.
I don't even what to imagine how the other power armor figure will come out.

In my headcannon this zaku is a veteran just running on spare parts and a dream. Run and gunning with is customs double barrel zaku machine gun.
Would have gave him an extra double stack pan magazine but my cat lost it when i was drying it😓.
