Hey everyone! I'm moving to Kingston this September to start my Master's degree in Occupational Therapy at Queen's. I been trying to find some places to rent and was wondering if anyone has any insight in living at Foundry Mack? I haven't been able to find any photos of what the inside looks like apart from the website's stock photos. Apparently they were owned by Patry, and I have heard some horror stories about this company on various other Reddit posts

The other option I was looking at is The Hive. I believe it's a new construct set to open Sept., but I don't know enough about this place or its surrounding to know if it's a good place to live. They are unable to give tours since it's still under construction, and there are no updated photos on Google Maps.

If anyone got experience with either places, please let me know. Thank you!
