Had Grade 4 tonsils removed due to Sleep apnea ..here are the changes after 4 weeks
- Sleep apnea totally gone
- Better quality sleep . More deep sleep and REM sleep now
- BP reduced from 140/90 to 110/70
- RHR reduced from low 70s to late 50s
Looks like apnea was literally killing me .. should have done surgery earlier itself
Any idea which Bevco locations in Kochi have Witbier available .. the new big outlet in Vytilla doesn’t seem to be having one
43 M with Grade 4 tonsils and OSA . Did Coblation tonsillectomy yesterday
Day 1 - Had surgery around 11 am. Lasted an hour and half .. Hardly any pain .. drinking lots of water as well as moving
Day 2 - Same as Day 1 . Not much pain .. uvula looks heavily swollen though .. however there was still snoring in night .. not much sleep also mostly due to change in environment
Day 3 - Slight increase in pain .. although very much manageable .. Yellow scabs have started coming. Also there is a big yellow bulb in uvula .. Sleep was fine today .. big difference is there is a massive decrease in AHI based on Apple Watch … what used to be on average 40 /hr before surgery is not 6/ hr ..
