anyone hear back for regular decision? and when was your application complete? i’m getting nervous…

i’ve been contemplating going into treatment for a while. i’ve been dealing with ana bp for 5 years now and have completely ruined my body and life. i haven’t gone longer than 72hrs without purging in 4yrs, have purged everyday for the past yr, im done. i’ve tried to recover before and it truly feels impossible and i don’t know what to do anymore. the only adult treatment option that takes my insurance is inpatient. i’m terrified.

To anyone that has been admitted, what was your experience? Was it voluntary? did that make a difference? how long were you there? did it help in your journey? Any and all information is appreciated!!

It’s pissing me off so bad. Some schools released decisions in april while others won’t have them ready till JUNE. They are so spread out from one another. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if it wasn’t for deposit deadlines.

For one school in particular i got a really enticing financial aid offer with deposit due may 1st. I won’t even hear from most schools by then. Thankfully i was able to extend it but it’s a common pattern. 3 others have deposits due by june 1st. I will still be waiting of decisions then too. ugh.
