I’m checking to see if this cup has any value (besides the silver) but I haven’t found anything like it. I thought I’d check with you folks.

Any info on its age, maker, series, etc would be helpful. I googled “Frank sprague martin” and didn’t find anything.

And FYI, if I was going to just melt it I wouldn’t asking for its background. It’s safe. Might go to someone who can appreciate it more than I but won’t wind up as an ingot.

From what I found it appears to be a depiction of:
The Blue Bird: A Fairy Play in Six Acts by Maurice Maeterlinck from 1908

Someone referenced another image which had it as “1943” but I think they misread the “4”. It should be 1913 which is more in line with the Kerr company name, story images, and other patterns.
