Fireworks outrage season is winding down, and “turn your lights on it’s raining” season doesn’t start until fall, so what should we be outraged by this summer?

Stones Throw, Trackside, Goods are a few.
Where else can you ride for a bite and a beer and consider your bike relatively safe.
TLDR: 134/80 to 98/70 in a week with diet alone.
Mid 50s lifelong athlete, cycling 1-3 hours a day + 1-2 hrs of walking; fit and thin but have always had somewhat high blood pressure (high 120s to high 130s). Diagnosed with severe plaque a week ago and had to make a change.
My diet wasn’t horrible (no fast food) but big portions and lots of butter, meat, and white bread.
I switched to a strict Mediterranean diet a week ago, only change, and went from 134/80 to 98/69.
I never would have guessed it would make this much change. If you haven’t yet, give it a go.
I use the bike primarily for longer rides, such as 3-4 hours or more and 5,000ft + climbing. The downs tend to be rough, fast, and steep. Also do quite a bit of 4 hour or so XC rides on smooth dirt.
