It’s a running joke at this point

If you have just passed and are thinking about going with quote me happy insurance don’t bother whatsoever, I have been with them 11 months and it has been nothing but hassle.
As you can see on the photo (coloured over for obvious reasons) apparently 2 sharp breaks and 1 split second of speeding in a 17 min trip results in 20/100.
And this isn’t rare this is a regular occurrence, 80% of the time the black box won’t track your trips which means if you did get into an accident you wouldn’t be covered and when it does decide to record a trip it ruins your rating by giving you an unfair score.
And if you think you can get into contact with them, think again! There is no way to get through to a real person other than the claims line, any other form of contact will result in an automated email telling you useless information.
My policy expires in a month and it feels like I’m about to get out of jail, don’t make the same mistake as me and just pay the extra to go with a different company.
