Well, it's official- BoJangles is 100% a male rhino iguana.

While trimming his nails the other day, he gave me a flash lol. I've always referred to him as "he" but I never actually knew. Honestly, the more time that went on, I started to think Bo was a female, as he doesn't head bob (I've seen him briefly do it twice in the 2.5 years), and his jowels and brain bumps aren't as prominent as other males I've seen of his age.

What popular horror authors do you keep trying but just can't seem to finish their books?

For me, I've tried to read several Adam Neville books but most end up DNF. The only one I got through was "All the Fiends of Hell" but it was a slog and wasn't that memorable. I DNF'd The Reddening, The Ritual, and Apartment 16; I just could not get into them.

Also, I realized I DNF several of Joe Hill's novels but I absolutely can't remember why. NOS4A2, Heart Shaped Box, Horns, and The Fireman were all DNF but I distinctly remember being really into each of them but then abruptly lost interest. I will say though, I finished King Sorrow and it's become one of my all time favorites.

Anyone else find the same DNF patterns with certain authors?

BoJangles munchin' and crunchin' his breakfast.

Bo's meal today consists of: Collard greens, dandelion greens, turnip greens, kale, apple, sweet potatoes, Mazuri tortoise chow pellets, and some rose petals from our rose bushes.

This is my rhino iguana, BoJangles! Here he is on our way back from the local park, thermoregulating on the dashboard (his favorite spot for car rides). He'll be 3 in October and I've raised him since he was 5 months old. He's the absolute sweetest iggy you'll ever meet.
