Me and my kids are ahi tuna lovers but it is getting expensive buying it premade from grocery stores and restaurants.
I want to make it at home now but not sure where to source “sushi grade” ahi tuna.
Has anyone ate this tuna from Sam’s Club without searing or cooking just thawed and eaten?

I found this lab after getting ripped off by Beligas lol. The reason for choosing this lab was because I started with peterMD and their test carrier oil was cottonseed oil which was smooth and Auctus was the only lab I found that offered cottonseed oil.

I am interested in a vinyl cutter that will last me years.
I am debating between the ce8000 24” vs s one series 24”
There is a $600 price difference between the both but I don’t mind paying a bit more money if the summa is a better machine.
I used to have an older graphtec ce6000 I believe and I always struggled with tracking when cutting long decals, the vinyl would always skew. Does summa have the same issues?
If anyone have experience with both models please advice. I appreciate it! Thanks y’all
