Is it true that the game records your voice and plays it back to you at some point as a scary effect? I heard this was true and it hasn't happened yet so I'm just looking for info about that. Thank you!

New to HRT; 100 MG progesterone cyclically, .025 Estrogen 2x week patch.
Almost 1 month in and have appointment with Dr for the 3 month mark to make adjustments.

Started both at the same time. My anxiety has lessened greatly but still feel like I'm living in a fog. Feel a little sedated throughout the day. Didn't change when I stopped taking the progesterone during my period.

How can you tell what's affecting, and in what way? I have high hopes of the brain fog lifting but how can I tell which needs to be adjusted?
Literally just bought them and am so happy! Salesperson not so helpful though.

Am I supposed to oil the straps or anything? This is such a huge deal to me and I want to have these forever!
I searched the sub and everyone says use a tegaderm but what if you sweat that off too?

I have an extremely hard time with adhesives staying put and sadly patches are proving difficult.

I started with once weekly, three fell off in one week; the last having two tegaderms on top of it.

I've cleaned with alcohol, I've not cleaned with alcohol, I've pressed for a minute, I've hit it with the hair dryer, I've tried everything.

Now on twice weekly patches, put the tegaderm on top of that and it fell off in two days.

Has anyone else had this happen? What's your solution?
Went to dermatologist last year, he said it looked like lichen planus, asked for biopsy to be sent out.

Biopsy came back, said "consistent with eczema" and that's about it.

I get single, small pimple sized extremely itchy and red bumps, sometimes with a little liquid in them. Usually in the same places but recently it's moved up to my arms. I have only a few small single bumps on each arm and they itch so badly they burn.

Does anyone else have eczema like this? Not sure what to do .
I used to work for various organic vegetable and flower farms throughout the state in the late 90's and early aughts and I remember another farm manager on one farm having a weekly? Biweekly? Monthly? call that she was pretty secretive about but she said it was some kind of energetic therapy processing group? That seemed to have a secret language/way of communicating that used sounds and not words?
Pretty sure there was training involved to even do it and she definitely wasn't trying to recruit me or anything but I always wondered what the heck this was.
I woke up this morning and can't get this out of my head and would love to know if anyone knows what the heck I'm talking about and would care to explain.

I just got Mylan filled and it's beige colored - I was reading that the clear ones are the best, what is your experience?
I'm a little anxious and thought Mylan was clear? Would love to hear your preferences.

Can't seem to find this info in the manual- we have a Navien tankless dual hot water heater/heating system.
At the thermostat in the living area there are two options on the box: Heat and Off.
Do I turn off the heat here during the summer? Will the hot water still work? Thanks in advance.
