Back to Dammam after ages. Feel like I'm in a ghost town lol

Hello guys I'm coming back to Dammam from France after 6 years and I feel like a lot has changed. Many places I see are abandoned or completely changed and it gives a very eerie feeling tbh. Now that I'm here on a visit I feel super bored and I have nothing to do. Please suggest some good places or if anyone is free and up to hangout or make friends over some coffee. Hit me up! Also I play basketball 🏀 so if anyone knows a place where I can just go and play some pickup basketball it would be really helpful! Merci

One week after

So it's been a week post surgery and had a stuffy nose until these came out. Is this okay?
Breathing is fine now but have a very burning sensation throughout and a pain in my septum area.
Morning are hell as my whole face becomes swollen with tears from eyes and ears feel itchy. Really confused with all these feelings.
Why does it burn?

Have my doc visit on Saturday.

Septoplasty and turbinates reduction (GRAPHIC) ‼️

Hey guys, so I survived yes I'm alive lol.
I had my surgery 3 days back and honestly I didn't feel any pain, only uneasiness in the nose as I had both nostrils packed. I was given local anaesthesia and as the doctor was about to operate on me I chickened out and asked them for general anaesthesia (obviously I didn't want to see what was happening or even feel the slightest touch) to which the doctor laughed and obliged. I had a deviated septum in the shape of a "S" and left nostril had turbinates. So they removed most of my septum(which is graphic ) and for two days I was under observation in the hospital. Today they removed the packing and I kid you not it was the most traumatic part. It felt weird and ticklish when the doctor removed my packing but right after 5 seconds my nose stared to burn 🔥. I swear it felt like I had snorted red chilli 🌶️. For 2 hours I was agonising in pain. But later it started to feel cooler as I tried to breathe in. Honestly I would not recommend this surgery to anyone who is able to breathe fine. Even if 70% of breaking is fine I would tell them not to get it done. But if you think you can't breathe at all then surely get it done it feels like I have a 3rd lung now lol. Overall I would say it was pretty easy for the whole procedure. I got it done in India and it costed me 40k₹ rupees that's approximately 400$. Do let me know what it costed you guys.
I would love to hear your inputs and share me some recommendations for a faster recovery ❤️‍🩹

Love from my nose to yours 😄

Also I have a question, can I smoke? 🚬
