Bowie Lightroom - could it inspire Kate?
The Lightroom is an immersive cinema in the Coal Drop Yards area of King’s Cross in London. (You know the place were there once was a Kate Bush shop.)
It’s currently running You’re Not Alone, which celebrates David Bowie’s work and life and includes some rare live footage.
Imagine Kate using this venue for one or more immersive productions?
Just for starters she could revisit Before the Dawn, editing the footage and recreating this work for her existing and new audiences?
Or maybe a show based on Hounds of Love Ninth Wave?

Imagine sitting in the dark, blindfolded, in a cinema listening to a classic album. It happens in other cities - why not York?
Anyone out there that would support a Pitchblack Playback in a York cinema or similar venue?
If they can do it in Brighton and Sheffield, why not here?
Would you go? And if you would, what album would you want to hear? For me it would be In Rainbows by Radiohead.
