just got my card today! ganito ba talaga yung design walang account details or cvc sa likod? i was about to put sticker sa likod kasi that’s what i do sa other cards ko to hide the cvc. also i just found out na pwede pala i disable yung overseas transaction, para iwas na rin sa mga unauthorized transaction.
Hi everyone! Sharing a quick background and looking for advice or food/vitamin recommendations for my male cat. Medyo long post but I really need help. 🥺
Quick Background:
Post-Neutering Issues: Right after being neutered, he had a bad bout of gastrointestinal infection during recovery. We had to force-feed him, and I think that traumatized him because now he completely rejects wet food. He only wants dry food right now (but thankfully drinks water).
Recent Tail Injury & Nerve Issues: Last week, I think his tail got stuck or injured. Rushed him to the vet because he couldn't lift his tail, wouldn't let me touch his back/tail area, and became badly constipated.
Current Weight: Because of everything, his weight dropped from 3kg+ down to 2.2kg, which is severely underweight for him.
Our Current Situation & Dilemma:
Food Pickiness: During his initial recovery weeks, he only liked Moochie wet food (yung specific texture na nakasanayan niya). I tried switching him to other brands like Wild Chunks/Luscious Recipe real meat or other Moochie textures like mousse, pero super ayaw niya at tinatanggihan niya.
Current Kibbles: He is currently eating a mix of Monello Adult, Monello Kitten, and SmartHeart. I’m thinking of switching him completely to Royal Canin Kitten kibbles to help him pack on calories quickly since underweight siya. Is this a good move?
Medication: We are currently monitoring him and giving him vet-prescribed neuro medication because his reflexes were affected by the tail injury.

Good afternoon. I am seeking guidance regarding the proper administrative process to resolve a double registration issue in my voter records and the subsequent issuance of a Voter’s Certificate.
Background:
Initial Registration: I first registered for the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections in Bicol (approx. age 16).
Second Registration: In 2019, while in Senior High School in Isabela, I was required by my school to register again. This was a mandated school activity and not an attempt to circumvent election laws.
Status: When I attempted to secure a Voter’s Certificate at our municipal office approximately 5–6 years ago, I was informed that my record was flagged for "double registration." I was advised then that I would need to undergo a corrective process or re-register.
Current Situation:
I am now residing at Mandaluyong City and intend to transfer my registration here before the May 18, 2026 deadline. Additionally, I require a Voter’s Certificate for an urgent application. I have attempted to coordinate with the COMELEC EBAD and ERSD via email for clarification but have not received a response.
Can a "double registration" status be resolved through an Application for Transfer (Form CEF-1) at my current city of residence (Mandaluyong)?
Given that the second registration is generally considered void ab initio under COMELEC rules, what is the standard procedure during a transfer to ensure the previous records are abated/consolidated into a single active file in Mandaluyong?
Will the existence of a "double registration" flag prevent the Mandaluyong OEO from issuing a Voter’s Certificate immediately upon my application for transfer?
