TW: How do you handle threats of S/H?

How do you handle it when a customer threatens to harm themselves? Got my first one today.

Edit: I mean, emotionally, how do you cope, what do you do to cope? I was quite affected by it, I obviously did reach out to my manager.

The Jalapeno Lime Aioli 😩

The chipotle flavour was awful and I would STILL buy the two pack and donate the chipotle one because the Jalapeno Lime was SO GOOD. Have been looking for it for months, was told by employees it was removed from their systems so they won't be getting it back. I haven't been able to find anything similar and have been trying to replicate it myself at home but it's not the same.
