We have a realtor and they assure us they are pushing ads on the listing but it’s been on the market over 100 days. It’s my husband’s house from before we met/married/moved in together etc. we both had our own homes before we met and never imagined having still having two mortgages so we are desperate to sell.

Any tips or tricks for helping sell would be awesome! New to posting in this sub so not sure if this type of post is even allowed. Sorry in advance if it isn’t!
