Do you think I’ll qualify for the new stream?

i everyone ,

I'm looking for some guidance about Ontario's new PNP (OINP) pathways and would really appreciate your advice.
Here is a quick summary of my profile:
Age: 22
Education: Post Secondary Diploma
(2 years)
Work experience: currently working at NOC CODE 60030 since May 2025

Wage : 33.55$ an hour (above median wage) , please don’t comment saying I’m paying backdoor wages to my employer . This is the standard rate in F&B

English: IELTS ( L9 , R9 , S8, W 7.5)

Location : learned and studied in Toronto

Is my profile suitable or eligible for the new Ontario PNP pathways in 2026?

Ontario (Toronto) joint lease confusion — moved out but still on lease, landlord says I can’t be removed

everyone,
I’m dealing with a joint lease situation in Ontario and I’m trying to understand where I actually stand legally.
I was on a joint lease with roommates. I moved out on December 31, 2025 for work and have not lived in the unit since then. My name is still on the lease.
The lease is now approaching expiry, and I contacted the landlord asking to be removed. He replied saying that I can only be removed if proper notice is given for the apartment and everyone moves out.
My roommates are not responding to me, and the landlord hasn’t been cooperative about removing my name.
I’m trying to understand:
If I moved out and clearly stopped living there, am I still legally responsible after the lease expires if it continues month-to-month?
Is it actually true that I cannot be removed unless everyone leaves?
What is the usual legal outcome in Ontario joint leases when one tenant moves out but others stay?
Just trying to understand my risk and what my options are.
