My sister has recently completed her MBBS from Pakistan including one year house job.
What are her options if she wants to relocate to Qatar for career, does Hamad, Sidra or others in Qatar prefer experienced doctors or do they take freshers as well.
What is the overall process? I have heard there is an exam of medical you have to pass to be eligible for job here.
If anyone passes that exam, can they get a job here without experience?
I will appreciate any help in this regard.

My last visa change was in January 2026 but it was a temporary job.
Now my new employer whom i wish to work for longer term has applied my visa change via MoL and it got auto rejected within a minute.
What can be the reason for this? Is the 1 year rule in effect or can it be any other reason.
Also, if anyone can suggest a solution for this?
Note: My last employer is willing to transfer my visa, i dont have any non-compete clause. Salary is greater than last salary. I am in skilled category.
