Nick Bare: Natty or Nah?

I am genuinely curious what the Hybrid Athelete Community thinks. Dude's built an insane brand over the past couple of years around running and lifting.

He's also an 11A (Infantry Officer) who got his Ranger Tab at his FIRST attempt after completing IBOLC. Curious what any Soldiers who are on here think as well.

Any insight helps, thanks!

Anyone know why Strava is showing this diagram for Weight Training?

Just for context, my strength workouts from Garmin have been syncing with Strava for the past three years, and normally it would only show the workout time and calories burned.

This morning, I noticed that Strava is now posting a diagram that shows my total number of sets and total weight lifted for overall workout.

Whats weird is that new style updated all of my weight training workouts dating back to around April, while everything before that still shows the old format (just time and calories burned)

Does anyone know if this was part of a recent update? Is there a way to switch back to the default weight training display (time and calories burned)?

Any insight is appreciated, thanks!

Is Nick Bare Natural?

I have been seeing this Nick Bare individual all over social media and on my recommendations. I am also in the U.S. Army and some of my peers bring his name up every once a month since Bare is a ranger-qualified 11A (Infantry Officer).

Just wanted to check in and see if anyone knows the truth as I may have some of my own personal suspicions. Any insight or suggestions help!

Brand new S26 Ultra overheated overnight while wireless charging under pillow. Did I damage the battery long term? Am I cooked?

I’ve had my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra for just over a month.

Last night I accidentally fell asleep with it wireless charging on my bed, and when I woke up my pillow was covering the phone. I believe the pillow was on it for about 3-4 hours. It was VERY hot when I felt it. I also saw that it was at 75% and that I got a notification saying my phone was overheating.

As soon as I noticed, I immediately did the following:

  • unplugged my Qi2 wireless charger
  • removed my dbrand tank case
  • turned the phone completely off
  • let it cool for about 30-45 minutes

After it cooled down, I turned it back on and everything seems completely normal:

  • no lag
  • no overheating
  • battery seems normal
  • no swelling or weird smell

Did I likely cause any long-term battery damage from this one incident, or am I probably okay as long as it doesn’t keep happening? Am I cooked?
